BUG REPORT: Unsafe Travel Upgrade doesn't work
Unsafe Travel upgrade should destroy 1 Safe Travel card from starter deck. But it doesn't work. With or without it there are always two cards of Save Travel

Pesky little bug. It used to work for me, then I reset my skill trees and now it won't.

How to fix:
- Reset Ways of the Mahoken skill trees
- Pick Unsafe Travel, and nothing else (apart from its requirements)
- Start a mission
- Resign
- Pick Safer Travel, and nothing else
- Start a mission
- Resign
- Pick whatever you want, including Advanced Travel

Edit: it doesn't work so well, another skill must break it.

Edit edit: it breaks as soon as you spend over 1700 points. Don't ask me why.
