because of a bug my Savegame is gone

I've been playing for almost a year and just had a bug in a round where the screen went black and stuck at the end of the round. When I restarted the game, all my storage was gone and even the cloud on Steam stopped working. It doesn't help me, I want my unlocked characters back from all my events because it was a lot of work and most importantly time... is it possible to somehow get the savegame back after a mistake? im very sad

...

Do you feel the $20 price tag is going to hurt the game?

this game just screams F2P with cosmetic purchases. Not really sure why they went the buy to play route. What do you all think?

During the period, the fest-limited map "House of Greed" arrives on Quick Match!

In the fest-limited map "House of Greed", gorgeous chandeliers outstandingly sparkle.

Also new gameplay exclusive to the fest map……!?

Added the fest-limited stamp card!

Collect stamps and earn Monsters and Humans in fest-limited costumes!

"Officer Jack Ripley" and "Officer Brutus Lupus" in fest-limited costumes arrive!

Human character "Thief Googly" in fest-limited costumes also joins!

*"Quick Match" Map Delivery Schedule will be changed due to the addition of maps during the fest
*The fest-limited map will be held every hour
