Are there any plans for a Myst 3 remake?

I'm stuck and have to get the submarine now to continue, but the guide I'm using doesn't say how to get to it. It says explore the village lagoon more, but I can't find the sub. Am I blind again?

Have there been any changes to the game for motion sickness since the demo. I had to abandon playing that after about 10-15 minutes.
