Hello people,

To make our Kickstarter campaign more fun and interesting ! We want to start a fun speedrun contest for the demo of the game. The concept is simple: Start the demo and finish it as fast as you can. The contest is open to everyone, veterans and beginners.

- Record your gameplay session with a timer on the screen. You can use LiveSplit as a timer since it's one of the most popular with speedrunners

- The countdown starts the moment you press the "Start the Demo" button and ends the moment the Owl Knight dialogue STARTS

- Post your run on Twitter using the tags @KiroTeamGames and #kickstarterSpeedrun

- The contest ends on November 10th, 23h59 GMT

We have a special NPC in the game, the world's fastest creature ! A fun and engaging character with many surprises, appearing in different places throughout the game.
As the winner, you can give him/her your name and be remembered as the best ! (You can name him/her differently if you prefer)

2nd and 3rd
Get your name on statues of athletes in the character's village
