Report a translation problem
The first one is that if you walk into that beached ship hull, there's a chance you'll get stuck on it and become effectively softlocked, or at least have a very hard time getting out.
The second one is that if you're fishing on the waterfall and get pushed down it during the process you will get softlocked as well.
Potential fixes: Adjust the collider of the ship hull / make it so falling a sufficient distance takes the player out of the state of fishing.

Thanks for flagging these, i'll take a look. If you do get stuck, there is a new feature in the options menu to reset your position.
Also I just remembered that I didn't softlock the game by falling off the waterfall while fishing. What I actually did was this: I was on the top river and used my flyrod to fish on the on the river below that one, however the flyrod got stuck on the waterfall and I was effectively softlocked with no way to pull my rod up. Not even clicking Escape worked!
There's a contingency for this, if you hold down the "reel in" key, after a small wait it should exit from fishing.
