Today we have a small PC update for you.

FIXED

Fixed “Get my bearings” achievement/trophy not unlocking properly.

To do credit to the changes made to the console version at this point, here is an overview of the updates there:

CHANGED

Removed the option to load a save game from within a game session (both single player and multiplayer modes).
Further optimizations and stability improvements, including potential crashes on loading saves.
Increased shadow detail and overall brightness.

FIXED

Fixed issues with the left stick sensitivity in the menu navigation (settings, map, inventory, dynasty & legend tab).
Fixed an issue with the gamma slider not working correctly.
Fixed various possible issues with new save games (wrong spawns, inventory loss, quest progress).

What is Next??

I have the four villages, half way through the map with completed roads, up to Daimyo Level with Noble Legacy being educated at the Monastery?? Still have bandits etc roaming the countryside even although most of the territories are now in my Domain? Completed most of the buildings - for the people - bridges and watchtowers etc. Okay what I don't get is that there are still refugees either roaming or in captivity for slavery pr working in Iwasaki??? So what's next??? I still can't feed the refugees tha...

We have a new update fixing the most pressing issues.
Sengoku Dynasty is available now for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series S|X with full cross-platform multiplayer support! Tell your friends on console to join your Dynasty now! Aside from this, we have a new update to improve network stability and performance.

ADDED

Added setting for inverting Y axis on controllers

FIXED

Fixed some network stability issues, including villages replicating slowly for clients
Fixed tutorials being displayed in character editor causing loss of focus
Fixed some dialogue lines not being translated

Raids and Enemy Types should be region locked with a small range.

Raids in their current form are simply too punishing. With only the starting village, I just had to face down Ronin. I have the neighboring regions liberated and full bronze armor and even made iron weapons. There is no logical reason for a pack of ronin to specifically target a village in the Sosogi region. We got a small update for today, fixing and updating a few items.

This update comes accompanied by a friendly reminder to update your GPU driver to the latest version.

Here is the changelog:

Added

Enable Chinese Traditional language version.
Implemented cutscene subtitles.
Added hold icons support to the controls menu.

Changed

Hid the in-game announcement.
Updated the Japanese translation of one intro cutscene line.

Fixed

Fixed continuous building not working on gamepad.
Fixed the misplaced focus when opening the audio and game settings.
Fixed that closing the Ul on B doesn't work if the quick slot is selected (controller).
Gamepad control for RT has been fixed.
Bound rotate building to LT/RT for controller.

Console issue, player inventory and location resetting every save/reload

This is an extremely aggravating issue that started occurring every time I load a save. I'll manually save somewhere on the map way outside of Sosogi, eg, Segi or one of my player villages. Then I exit, and when I reload, it plops me back onto the Sosogi beach . . . with an inventory several hours earlier. As near as I can tell, all buildings built in the interim are still there, as are work assignments, etc. Just my player inventory and location are being reset. Villager skills?

In Medieval Dynasty I could see the skill sets of my villagers. Don't see it in Sengoku. Did they remove that part of the game or am I just to dumb to figure out where the information is? I wish the dev would make this more obvious if it is a thing. Thanks if you can help!...
