Stationary power ups, or continuing in the same direction as the saucer. Giving the player choice and risking movement. The constant stream of unavoidable power ups flying towards the ship gets really annoying. It's difficult to avoid shooting the saucers most of the time a d it just feels like there's no control. Other than this, while it's not the most interesting of the Recharged games, I feel it's nearly perfect. But I think this is a big negative. Anyone agree?...

Running with Sonoma 14.7 on a M2 Max chip, it opens fullscreen, black screen, the notice that "game mode" has been activated flashes in the corner for an instant (to quick to read, but I'm familiar with that message from other games), and then. . . Screen closes, aborted/crashed out. I even tried deleting the prefs file (com.AtariInc..AsteroidsRecharged.plist) but it made no difference. When I tried launching again, a new prefs file was created, but the game didn't get any further than before....

whenever i pause the game clearly works but nothing works. no button, regardless of keyboard or controller on steam deck anyone else??

This is no longer working on the Steam Deck since the last SteamOS update applied

It doesn't work on linux, It seams the mac version is installed instead of the linux version, browsing thru files shows the mac files. I already open a ticket on Atari and it´s been almost 2 weeks without any fix.
