How do you release a program like this with no graphics settings? I can't even find a config file anywhere. What's the point of this if you can't adjust it for your hardware?

https://youtu.be/KmHrZF8v0n8 Gladly if you turn this 'dlss' F on button to play in full HD it goes to 60. This demo has typica UE issue with scalling res, so If you cant turn native 4K just change scaling in display to 100% to get proper 4k in game

Let's not get into why I'd like to start this on Windows7. Thanks. I get the error message "DX12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument." I'd like to do that. But where? Which -ini? Where can I find these command lines?...
