Edit: This build no longer works as Damage Boost has been nerfed and no longer boost damage to the stratosphere. Riot Shield is still as strong though and as of now by far the most powerful powerup. Roll a character, get one with a gun or beam gun. Level it up and max out everything except move speed, leave that at about halfway as higher move speed will make you outrun your own weapons later. Once you've done so, edit the deck. Get rid of everything except Boomerang, Damage Boost, Riot Shield and Lucky...

a new passive and weapon, potential to go late game might just be back, but sadly no other new content, maybe stuff is coming, seems the game is no longer dead
