The spaceempires.net site that used to host a lot of shipsets has gone down, but Bearclaw is working on compiling a list of shipsets. Once they're ready, they should appear here: https://www.pbw3.net/downloads/sev/sev-shipsets/

That will produce exactly ZERO Ship Sets!
