The game might still be running hidden and hung. You could look for Se5.exe in task manager and "End Task" it, or simply reboot your PC.

Thanks that worked. But I have no Base starting races,Maps, or any thing else. and when i try to save them Cannot Save. then when i try to save the Game i find out there are Problems and it kicked me Out. So it looks like i lose this Game.

Steam only downloads half the files that are necessary for the game to function. You'd have to add them manually, as well as adding in the d3d9 files that the game would've needed to run as well.

It's actually only directdraw (directx 7), so adding d3d9 files isn't much good. I recommend adding dxwrapper[github.com]'s dx7.games files to fix a few small glitches in the game personally.

But this is unrelated to "scott2love"s issues, which weren't graphical.

I'm also not sure why you're replying to a two-year-old thread?
