my acc cant log in, even tho im registered already

so after a while i came back to play again & now even tho im registered to poofties i cant log in. when i try to register it says im already registered, but when i try to log in with the same email & password, it says its wrong. i tried to contact the gamemaker but it says "email full i might not see ur message" lmao. what do i do. any suggestion. thanks. wheres the support tho lol... if its happening / has happened to anybody... how did you solve it. thanks....

Queria saber se é só comigo, mas eu estou tentando escrever um texto no diário, e quando eu fecho pra salvar demora tanto que eu preciso ter que fechar o jogo, e acaba não salvando nada do que eu fiz, isso já aconteceu umas 5 vezes seguidas :c estou desistindo de usar, pois não funciona. É bem desanimador, se puderem me ajudar......

Crowdfunding Questions?

I see that the crowdfunding area in the Gentle Hills area has increased its crowdfunding goal. I already got badges for when it was 50k and not 500k. If i get bumped out of place, will I lose the badges I already have? I also said they are used as a brooch, is that in-game and so you wear it in the game? Thank you for this lovely update and new things to do. I love making jam! I am just confused about a few things....

- forced to sign up for an account to be able to play
- password can only be letters & numbers & won't accept special characters (they're probably as lax with your data as they are with password strength requirements, I hope you sign up with a throwaway email with no personal information linked to it.)
- gets stuck on the loading screen after sign up, had to restart game to "fix" it
- loading times are egregious for such a small game
- my characters face was floating in space to the side of her head the entire time
- was playing a mini game for tickets for a solid 20+ minutes when the game just crashed

free to play games run better than this
