It's really sad that this fine game system and continuation of the A-Train series has such pathetic scenarios. The only scenario I found worth playing is the Resort Reborn scenario. I tried the Super Deficit Express one and found it has a super deficit of intelligent thought put into it. What good is a scenario too tough to win at normal level? Okay I'm feeling kinda dumb because I keep trying the tutorial scenario and I feel like I'm getting nowhere fast. At first I tried just connecting up the stations as I was instructed, but things began feeling like they were falling apart by the time freight is added to the equation. I have a switch version and my huge disappointment was not complexity of the business model but... things that should be basic features in such games. Please correct me if I am wrong but so far from my experience this game is almost unplayable if you don't want to ultra micro manage just because to avoid collisions you have to adjust schedules (sic!). In real life we use semaphores, so trains can share some tracks or platforms even when coming from opposite directions. So here we have A-train - "complex"...
