Is there any way to get to the help?
Clicking on the help icon makes Steam open a web browser with an error page.

Do you have the Steam overlay turned on?
If it doesn't help, try to reinstall the game. The help files shall just be some local files. The reinstall may help restore those files.

Yes, but I'm running the game through Proton and that may be the cause of the issue. If the files are local, where are they?

Found the files; they're under A-Tourism/A-Tourism_Data/StreamingAssets/html-document/webdocs
