Is this an official Touhou game or another fangame?
I didn't see the store page or any discussions here mention if this game was official or not.

It's a Sekiro fangame but low quality, with a Touhou coat of paint for a Chinese audience presumably.
The English text often extends beyond whatever scroll you picked up, and is mostly just word salad.

Just play Luna Nights instead. Don't get Gensokyo Night Festival, as it appears that will never be completed.

Heeeey. It's not low quality. At worst, semi-medium low quality. Indie games are like that y'know.

that's a bit harsh
given i don't have the game, but i see real passion looks like it was put into it
