System specs help seeing there's a known issue with 13/14th gen CPU's..

It might not like being installed in the root of your F: drive, try putting it in a folder.

uninstalled reinstalled, got a little further into the intro. currently making steam folder not read only

after read only bit for all of steam folder, i got to the 2nd title screen!

Irrelevant, most of us don't have F drives and still have the same problem.

Oddly enough setting a manual clock speed on your P-Cores allows the game to launch and play fine..

I have crashes when change AUTO-9. Just selecting tab "AUTO-9"

Same, when you try to open "AUTO-9" tab, game crashes with "Fatal Error".

ive found opening the game through the root folder instead of through steam is stable

If you did not yet see it, RADtools issued official statement about this:

Note to everybody: A patch will NOT fix this issue as it is, unsurprisingly, caused by unstable hardware.

play on native not use dsr resolution , turn off lumen use ssr , and do not use frame generation
