Can someone tell me why this doesnt work ? or what i can do ? or can someone just give me his/her savefile, would this solve this ?

I'm 100% achievement if I only get the achievement called 'Close Call'. Isn't the achievement condition to enter the cabinet after being hit by a ghost? After getting hit by all the ghosts in the game, I tried to enter the cabinet, but the achievement didn't work. Please let me know how I can get it. ;-;...
