Is Finnish culture an existential feature for the plot?
Will Finnish culture and history be an integral and also important part of the game, or is action and survival in the forefront, so it might as well be taking place in the Canadian forests or somewhere else?

So i would assume at least some of that is in.

cool. finish culture and language and lore should totally be in it to make it unique among survival games.

I don't think this game is being worked on any longer. The entire team was laid off in December. And I haven't seen any updates saying that they've hired a new team to resume development. Unless I've somehow missed it.

Ok that is sad news - the game looked very very atmospheric.
