why can't I go up the stairs?

In chapter one after eating the lasagna when I try to go up the stairs to do my homework it is impossible, it gets stuck on the first step and does not advance.

It's a glitch, happened to a lot of people too. Just take the lasagna with you while going upstairs.

i just tried to play and had the same issue. also went outside and started literally flying upwards for no reason lol

I tried it and a new failure occurred, I jumped on the tables (I tried to use it to get to the stairs and go up but it didn't work) and on the fourth try I got stuck to the ceiling (again I tried to use it to my advantage but again it didn't work)
