Anyone have any news on when Part 2 is going to be available on Steam?

The description is very misleading. Not only is the game less than 4 hours worth of content, but it's not even finished. You cannot "solve the mystery" because part 2 was never finished for the PC. The DS version is supposedly "complete" (though it's stripped down - the FMVs were trimmed to slideshows), and there are videos on YouTube showing what would have been in the game for part 2, but that is not the same.
