Will Espiocracy be easy to understand and play?
Hello, is this game gonna be complicated like Paradox grand strategy games? or it will be beginner friendly and easy to pick up and start?

I think it will depend a lot on your experiences with other strategy games, your knowledge about the historical time the game is set in. Plus what countries you pick. Let's say Luxembourg vs USA. USA was involve all over the globe so loads you'll be involved in, vs Luxembourg - I'd imagine it's only internal matters in a smaller scale.

I suggest starting with a small country like Hungary or Uruguay to learn the game

Its probably going to be closer in difficulty to the newer Paradox games than the older ones. Complicated but not as complex a simulation as to be a hurdle that prevents people from picking it up to begin with (the way HOI3 was, for example)
