Stargazer Tower Closed!
Using Build 10832622 on my gaming PC running Windows 10 I had no problem until I attempted "For Old Tomes' Sake" in Chapter 2. When I got to Stargazer Tower, I found police barricades blocking the entrance with no way around or through that I could discover. All the guides I could find say I can just walk right in. Checked local files but they were all correct. Now what? :steamfacepalm:
