I don't understand what's going on. I first installed the game a few months ago and it was running perfectly fine. Took a break because of overall franchise burn, uninstalled the game and decided to comeback to it yersterday. After reinstalling it, and for some weird reasons, the game is suddendly stuttering like crazy (every two seconds or so) I tried to tweak with settings, but nothing works. V-Sync is on FPS is maxed at 60, Fullscreen/Borderless/Windowed, nothing works...

I know my PC is not the problem because I'm running way more demanding games with no problems at all.
