Still no keys for BY RU VN JP?

I like good retro arcade games (Atari, NES, SEGA etc) and "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" was one of my favorite series in the childhood. Now I want to buy it again and play with family and friends. And? Some people says "Go away. We dont need you and your money."
I don't understandt how it works. Contra, two Castlevania collections and other games are avaible, but TMNT and Castlevania Dominus are not. What's the matter, Konami?

Given your likely age, you SHOULD understand why it may not be available. Guaranteed that Konami would be more than happy to take for your money for the game if they could, especially with how much they charge for it. You can blame those countries for any lack of availability, not Konami.
