Stuck at chapter 10 first bridge

I can't cross the bridge after first break scene. Even i tried hundreds times of driving, it can't go still forward

I passed with using a different PC... not a winch using time (the first bridge crossed when discovering)

It's a high FPS bug, just use the in-game frame limiter for the bridge and then turn it off again

Options -> Display -> Under Display Settings -> Lock Frames to 30 -> Set to 'On'
