Our Third Patch Is Live!
Patch v1.3 is live for Steam! Here are the details:

    Added support for older CPUs without AVX2 feature support
  • If an older CPU is detected the title will switch to a fallback executable, either u4-l.exe or tll-l.exe (Note: This method allows users with newer CPUs to still benefit from AVX2 support without impact to their performance)

    Mouse Improvements
  • Additional fixes to prevent loss of camera control for users in windowed mode
  • Additional fixes to camera behavior while strafing
  • Improved camera speed in photo mode at higher framerates

    Stability Improvements
  • Fixed a crash from choosing not to delete a corrupted save file
  • Changed GPU driver version notification to allow users to skip the warning without updating
  • Enabled a command line option to change the shader cache directory from the default location in C:\ProgramData (see HOW TO CHANGE SHADER CACHE LOCATION below)
  • Updated motion blur correctness at up to 8k resolution

    HOW TO CHANGE SHADER CACHE LOCATION

    For users who would prefer to store their shader cache somewhere other than the default location on their Windows installation drive, they may use the command line arguments to set the root directory for shader storage. Whether launching via a shortcut or directly through Steam/Epic use the following argument: psolibrariesroot "path"

  • The “path” is an absolute path containing the drive letter and should be the full path to the preferred storage directory
  • Example: psolibrariesroot “D:\Games\Cache\”
  • Please note the use of quotes are critical for paths containing spaces

NOTE: To confirm the patch was successfully installed, verify that your game version number is v1.3.20812

Nice update, now to test it later. Now that non avx2 CPU's are allowed, hopefully they don't complain about performance being bad.

And hopefully those camera fixes reduce that weird stutter mouse users were getting.

The visual stuttering with Keyboard and Mouse is not only still prevalent, it's worse. Doesn't matter if locked at 60 FPS, or 240 FPS. This only happens with KBM, not when using controller, so something is broken STILL for mouse input.

Also, I guarantee that just under 10% of those recently open Steam accounts asking for non-AVX2 executables will be actually buying the game now, you know what I mean.

All right now that the cry babies running potato pcs are happy, can we get to the important stuff for a PC port like a toggle to disable dept of field ? an FOV slider ? Fixing crashs ? Thanks.

Guys, please install also the latest NVIDIA driver GeForce Game Ready 526.98 WHQL.
Especially who have cards GTX10xx series.
Al last crashes to desktop have been fixed!

When the problem will be it patch the problem of the sound the weak voice in free mode in cinematic mode we hear very well the voice problem on already on PS4 and PS5. As a full screen mode because putting the DLSS system is useless without so never activate because to make a patch for those who do not want to respect the config ask anything after I say not its mewickedly
