Phase III - how to achieve?

"Phase III" is the last achievement I'm missing. I tried to get cash (as much as 999,999,999,999) and buy the B&B stock. But somehow it went up a little and then no more stock could be bought. After selling all the stock I've accumulated the price went down to 5/stock. And it stays in that range, when I buy the stock again. Any ideas?

i bought up alot early game then ran through the index a couple times to raise the stocks. that might work for you

In another thread the recommendation was to save everytime the price increases over night and to load if the stock falls. I settled for that and got the achievement. Still feels wrong to do it like this.
