After playing and really enjoying Two Point Hospital I am very surprised at a lot of the issues I was having playing this.
Student animations would lock, they would be t-pose floating about.
Items would not place in valid locations.
Copying a room made all items in it suddenly become invalidly placed so couldn't make a copy.
Moving rooms made items become invalidly placed.
Placing some items, it says its valid, then once place immediately becomes invalid and removes the item.

No idea whats causing all these invalid placement bugs, but it is a surprise to see this considering how much fun I had with Two Point Hospital which is what made me want to play Campus! Hopefully Museum will give me more of that Hospital itch I can scratch, without all the invalid item bugs and student animations breaking.

I haven’t fully sunk my teeth into Two Point Campus yet, but I’ve definitely spent many hours getting lost in Two Point Hospital before this, so jumping into this felt like slipping into something familiar. The gameplay is super similar, but Campus feels way more laid-back — it’s less stressful, less chaotic, and just an easier, more casual kind of fun.

I’m really enjoying the new theme. Swapping out medical emergencies for goofy student antics is such a breath of fresh air. It’s a whole different kind of silly chaos, and honestly? It’s just so fun to sit back and people watch in these games. Watching the little students run around, mess things up, fall asleep in class, or just goof off never gets old. It’s adorable and hilarious all at once — you can’t help but smile.

Another thing I’m loving is how much freedom you get with building and layouts. You have so much free rein to design the campus exactly how you want it. Want to make a sprawling, fancy university with ridiculous lounge spaces and massive libraries? Go for it. Want to cram a ton of dorms into tiny spaces just to see if they survive? Also totally an option. It really taps into that fun creativity itch.

That being said, I’ll admit — so far, I still prefer Two Point Hospital just a little bit more. There’s something about the faster pace and the slightly sharper edge of managing a hospital that really clicks with me. Campus is definitely a lot softer around the edges. But it’s still a perfect break — something light, cozy, and ridiculously charming when I just want to relax and have fun.

Funny, cheesy, and great for micromanaging completionists looking to disassociate from the real world for hours on end.
