I legit love this game and if you enjoy the genre just buy it.

Pretty solid

Just love it overall, super good game!

Another great game from Two Point Studios that attempts to build upon (sometimes succeeding, sometimes failing) the success and formula of Two Point Hospital. You can expect all of the NPCs and radio DJs from the first game to make another appearance here, backed by several new additions that, while not as memorable, are still enjoyable in their own regard.

To get back to that "sometimes succeeding, sometimes failing" thing though, Two Point Campus does fall a bit short of its predecessor in a number of ways. This game is exponentially buggier and, while nothing was technically game breaking, there were at least 5 times throughout my playthrough where a student would just perpetually freeze in place until I reloaded the map. Additionally, furniture placement would just not work for no explicable reason sometimes. Combine that with a new yearly schedule system meant to replicate a college year, several goals that seem improperly balanced, and an unintuitive new training system and you've got a game with a decently confused flow of gameplay at times.

That said, however, I do think this game IS a step up when it comes to visual fidelity, theme variety, and customization. I love the ideas the team came up with for college courses and I loved how each map tasked me focusing on a single one to break up the repetitive nature of the game. In a lot of ways, Campus feels way more personal than Hospital ever did. It just...doesn't really play as well.

Either way, I liked it a lot and I can't wait for Two Point Museum. My full playthrough (3 Starring all 12 campuses) took about 35 hours, just slightly less than the 45 hours it took me to 3 star all 15 hospitals in TPH.

A game that takes care of your health... probably.
