Scrolling and Screen Layout Problem

So, not sure why this is happening and if there is any fix/workaround for it.

I have tried UI size Small, Medium and Large, and it is the same on all of them. When you select a person, and look at their work assignments, the box is not bid enough to display them all without scrolling.

There is more than enough room below the box for it to auto dsize and prevent having to scroll to see just one undisplayed option.

What I am not setting correctly?

The inspector windows are set to display at a certain size, such as this one. They won't re-size based on the content. This is how it's supposed to behave, you've got everything set up fine.
