If a public playtest had a nda you would see it upon starting game or developers would let you know. However usually closed or public playtests have ndas but depends on the developer and publisher.

Currently there is no nda for this public playtest. There wasn't a nda for closed playtest either so you can see videos of the Closed or public playtest on a platform of your choice if you ever wanted to watch that stuff.

Keep in mind everything in the game could change and doesn't represent the final product.

If your recording or streaming you should say that in comment section or in video so viewers know as some won't know what a playtest is.
