I've completed the game but the achievement didn't unlock.

Hi everyone. I've a problem. While launching, the game crashed and the error message said "The UE4-H Game has crashed and will close. Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost". Never have a crash massage like this. Suggestions? Thanks all.
