I can't seem to hit the "Enter Madness" button on the title screen with either my Valve Index or HTC Vive controllers. The controls do not have default bindings, so I tried setting my own in SteamVR with no luck. How do I need to bind the controls to start the game?...

I cant get the, Star Voyager, Until the End, Innsmouth Citizen and Doublesolatium achievements. Is there any solution?

I beat the game two times, but don't got some achievments - Star Voyager (although this is a story achievment), Innsmouth citizen (I gave the coin to old woman and listened a story), Until the end (I watсhed the credits) and Doublesolatium. Maybe there are special conditions for get this?...
