Can someone post this Steam install code u can put in with Win+R?

So I downloaded the game and tried playing but it dosn't give me any options to do anything. I've tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it but that did nothing.

Can anyone tell me how to access level 30C in the 'consequences' section of story mode? I can see it in the menu, greyed out. I've gone back and taken all three available choices at the previous choice step (not the fourth 'kill' option, which is greyed out) but it won't let me select level 30C to play....

I feel like an idiot. How does one make choices in this game? Every time there are choices only one is optional with the others grayed out. Do I earn them? Then I reach a screen telling me the game is vanillaware then stops. Wut?
