The ultimate solution for smooth gameplay on RTX 5000.
After hours of testing, I have the ULTIMATE solution for ALWAYS SMOOTH gameplay on the RTX 5000. The solution is simple and stress-free: ENABLE AMD FRAME GEN. The problem is that you can only enable Frame Gen if you enable FSR. I first loaded the latest NVIDIA DLLs into the game folder, forced DLAA from the DLSS app, applied the latest versions of SuperResolution, launched the game with FSR enabled in NATIVE mode, and now I have no messy or blurry images. I enabled AMD Frame Gen, set my limit to 60 fps (I play at 120Hz), and it's finally smooth! I forgot: from the NVIDIA app, you have to force the Reflex setting to "Ultra," otherwise there will be a significant delay.

No idea what version of the game you are running where fsr "native aa" doesn't introduce absolutely godawful temporal blur on your character's model, the weapon models, in direct light and over reflections, and even in normal circumstances if you rotate the camera in the opposite side of your movement.
It's so bad.

In my case i get stutters after a while of playing, restarting the game seems to fix that
