They generally atack one at a time while the others throw ranged attacks periodically, and then they switch off. Try to kill one, and get the other two low on health to finish them close together so the final part of the fight will be you one on one with the last one. Use the room obstacles to create separation while you kill the first ones.
maybe use the cube that puts the aggro on the phantom/ally since you can get off a lot of backstabs in this fight.
otherwise, the standard tip is to keep them all about the same hp, because the last brother jumps in when there is a certain number of remaining enemies, not remaining hp, so you don't want to fight the last enemy with enemies still on the field with full hp.

the one that buffs their weapon is the one that will pursue you while the others will only take occasional potshots

killing the last one before the eldest wakes up is possible, especially if you whittle them down first
Make sure your "Amor" is good thats the #1 tip I can give you the moment I realized I was using ♥♥♥♥♥♥ armor I killed them the next time. Take out fire first, leave shock last, thats how I did it.
The appearance of 'adds' is tied to the eldest bruh's HP pool - 20% gone? - get yongest, another 30%? - get bucket-head, regardless if you've fought off the earlier add.

The trick? - instead of attacking eldest, just parry him until his weapon breaks, his damage tanks so hard it'll barely tickle you.

Or just fight normally, and when adds appear - get away from the boss to deal with them, just be mindful when he occasionally sprints to you.

there is a trick. You run to safe(well, safer, eventually that place you ran to will not be safe) areas to reduce the aggro of passive brothers and avoid some throwables.

One brother, will have normal aggression, the rest will be passive, occasionally throwing somthing and making a surprise attack, but not going all out and chasing you down w cuts. Only 1 acts that way.

make distance so the passives will attack even less.( they will combo you if you stay near them long enough and it really gets ganky).

The aggressive will really chase and you will get to solo that one for a bit. The passives might slow walk or somthing, they wont chase the same way and will be delayed when they arrive.

Then someone else will try to be aggressive and come in, you need to make distance again and separate + solo the new aggressive one.

also, any obstacles in the arena will prove to be nice cover if you happen to be near them. Could help you recover.

Hahaha. Yeah, no not that one.
I usually kill the youngest first: She's like a ♥♥♥♥♥ a deserves to be treated like a ♥♥♥♥♥.
She's like the glass-cannon of the group.

Then i usually focus on the fight-maniac, but also try to shave down both brothers equally. The Elder comes out only when there's only 1 of the "little bros" remaining, so you're on a timer to kill the little one left.

Be sure to bring a high fire-resist part for the "fight maniac", and some acid grinders (or acid throwables).
Only attack the brother that is attacking.

Kill one brother

Get the second down to low health

Kill the third brother

While big brother is entering, kill the second

The trick is simply turning it down to an easier setting. Problem solved. Welcome to being normal. I play the core game on Legendary until about 5 tries at a boss. If I can't "get it" and its annoying me, I bump it to the medium setting and usually beat it in another try or 2. Simple. Enjoyable. Excellent. No anger. No frustration. Just fun, which is all games should be. Fromsoft literally DESTROYED people's minds. For whatever good they brought, the mental illness injected into a TINY portion of the playerbase is just pathetic and sad. I'm glad they turned over a new leaf in EldenRing, and other developers have finally learned, maybe Fromsoft doesn't really know everything. Its better to sell more copies of your game, by allowing people the choice for more accessibility, then you game only being finished by less than 20% of those who bought it.

As a developer I'd be far more proud of my game if everyone could experience it, rather then message boards and WIKIs loaded with a tiny percentage of No-lifers gate keeping being l33t. It means NOTHING. Its just pathetic.

I'm not going to fight you by words, but the elitism plague surrounding soulslikes exists only because Gamers(TM) explicitedly allowed it to take roots and thrive undisturbed.

While it's true Fromsoftware committed the sin of cultivating the idea their games addresses a niche segment that steps into masochism, Gamers(TM) and people in general are the only ones to blame for both this ♥♥♥♥ AND all the future ♥♥♥♥ surrounding soulslikes.

Other than this, the thought of Elden Ring stepping away from being as hardcore as the previous games is completely false.

I can't speak for ER's dlc, but the base game itself is still very frustrating and probably a bad purchase for those not accustomed to fight/die/repeat games and the souls-like genre.
Just be patient. All of the little guys' attacks are punishable. You get free hits in by literally just blocking with no timing requirement whatsoever (ofcourse you can still parry and kill them faster). Once you've reached the health threshold for the big guy to come out, you need to hurry up and finish the last guy so you get an easy 1v1 vs the big one. He's not much more powerful than his 1st version.

Control yourself. Just because you exist doesn't mean you automatically deserve to win.
