Hiya, I played a year ago when the game dropped and loved it but I was extremely turned off by the whole base mechanic. This game revolves around pals working for you but I have noticed even now after recent update and coming back, that the games base building is still in the same terrible state of decay. Pals refuse to uses large three wide stairs, refuses to enter a house with a massive door opening, or just stand by the pal box for ever till depression hits them. I will have a crafting bench outside, a pal assigned, and they just wander about saying cant reach it where there is nothing around.

This whole genre is about base building and Pal world cant even achieve that. Multiple games came out since whose base building is fantastic compared to this trash. Enshrounded remains the Goat of base building, Once human while trash, its building system is vastly better than palworld.

I want to create dope bases, multilayered castles, a beach house, normad style desert home and etc but I cant i am stuck to the clutter mess that every player needs to basically rock for just smooth running. Its a game about being creative yet the major aspect, base building, remains the most boring uninspiring system in this genre. Let me build over a rider for a damn bridge, let me place stairs where I want them, let me create a building to my standards and not your boring layouts.

FOR GOD SAKE REMOVE THE CIRCLE BOARDER AND MAKE IT SQUARE AND LARGER ( OR THE OPTION TO ADJUST BASE SIZES) AND GIVE ME THE OPTION TO SHRINK MY PALS SO I CAN HAVE THE BEST SKILLS WITHOUT BUILDING UGLY 3 STORY ♥♥♥♥♥♥ HOUSES. LET ME BE CREATIVE.

Even Arks building system was better. The building in this game really makes me not want to play and it sucks cause I really enjoyed this game.


If this game had remotely a good building system like enshrouded, this game would soar to even greater heights.
