I'm having the same issue so I can at least confirm you're not crazy.
Haven't found anything that seems to be causing it or fixes it at this point.

Have you ever played with mods? If so, you might have remnants of an old one messing up your station

I tried to uninstall all my mods.

I only had Pak-Mods in the ~mods folder

I tried to reinstall the Game without mods and it did not help.

And the guy who startet the thread had the Problem without ever using mods.

I also have the same issue

Reinstall worked for me, I just had to rebuild the thing.
Preobably some Data from the beginning of the game, never bevor reinstalled it and have it since the beginning.

And if you use mods, use only those that are uploaded after the update.

Never personally had the station not award anything or get stuck without the ability to push another expedition but I have noticed at the bottom right there is a percentage of receiving rewards, So maybe it was that you sent out a pal team that didn't have a high enough chance of returning with something?

YOu only get all reward if your pals got 100%
