bug (@hint)
At half time I got the message "HINT There is an injured player. Open the pause menu...etc" but then I couldn't proceed, I tried press all the buttons, but I had to force close the game.

Also during a penalty kick there was no ball and play could not continue.

When a player is unavailable and cannot be staffed as a substitute, there is an icon over the player's head in the strategy menu that indicates the player must be moved to reserve players in order to continue.

I included this link because it contains screenshots for your reference so you can figure out which player is unavailable. Once you staff them back at the reserves you will see the Start Match button light up.

There is a bug with penalties that we recently fixed on May 2nd with the update build 269. Please confirm if you are still seeing the bug. Also if possible kindly please check if you are running that build and tell me a little bit more of what was going on in the game when you experienced the bug to try and find out if it is related to the same issue or it is a new issue.

Yes I have 269 (update is forced) and happened again.
It was the second penalty in the game (career mode), received a back foul, the player was waiting to kick while the goalkeeper suddenly moved away out of the penalty area.
I started moving my gamepad, I heard a kick sound but nothing happened, my player was freezed and the goalkeeper never returned. The ball was missing either from the kick spot.
I had to reset the game.

Ok, let's check to see if we can find the bug you mention, there are bugs that can be detected by reviewing the code, for others it is necessary to reproduce the bug, to see what causes it and when it is a bug that occurs sporadically, that does more difficult to "hunt" it.
