Let's try and pinpoint exactly what is going on.
Can you be a little bit more specific? Is it a black screen and nothing else? Are there any colors? Were you in windowed or fullscreen mode?
Would you be so kind to send us your save game in order to figure that out?
Depending on your platform, the location for the save folder is one of these three:
Windows: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\LocalLow\Batovi Games Studio\Pixel Cup
Soccer Ultimate Edition\
macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Batovi Games Studio/Pixel Cup Soccer Ultimate Edition/
Linux: ~/.config/unity3d/Batovi Games Studio/Pixel Cup Soccer Ultimate Edition
You can copy and paste the corresponding path into your file manager as is and it should open the folder directly.
If possible please ZIP that folder and send it over to support@batovi.com
