Team strength in career mode
My team has an overall stength of 70. But this has been for a long time. I play in the pixel league A. My players don't get any stronger anymore. Their skills stay the same. What could be the reason of that?

All players have a maximum potential they can reach on each stat that is calculated the moment they are created. As of right now, you can get new players with different values for this maximum potential through the contextual situations. For example if you get the notification that a player is retiring, they will be replaced by a brand new player.

There are more situations where there is player rotation, which I can't really tell more about because it could spoil the surprise!

Our plan is to be able to expand on player rotation by providing transfer market in the long-term, a most-requested feature.

I was wondering this too. I love my career team and grew them from being the bottom league, but they are maxed out and I’d love to get them higher. Bummer, I hope one day there is an option. Trades, transfers, free agents, or just create/edit.
