Not Working on Steam Deck
The game either gets stuck on “invite friend” screen or a blue screen. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling and that didn’t work. And I checked for updates to the game and the steam deck and there aren’t any. Please help

Would you be able to shoot some video of the issue to help us understand better?

We don't have Steam Decks in Uruguay yet.

Where would I send the video exactly? An email address I am assuming? Also, how is this game "verified" on the deck without the developers being able to run tests on the deck? I bought this game due to its steam deck status

I'd like to take this opportunity to clarify the "verified" status for the Steam deck... this is something that Steam does, it's not something we do... it's not even something we request, it's something they do on their own.
So far, those who have played it have reported that it works without problems, but something can always appear that we haven't seen :)

One thing that occurs to me a priori could be happening, is that you are playing the emulated version of Windows, when in reality we provide direct Linux support, in that case, download the version of Linux which is the one that runs natively on deck .

When we request a video, it is to see exactly what the behavior is like, what were the steps prior to the bug and if we manage to see something additional to what was reported, which sometimes for the user may not be relevant and it gives us a clue as to where it can happen... but it may also happen that it is not enough.

I have this game on 3 steam deck on 3 different accounts and they all work flawless! Its a great game to play on the Deck!

Hello, thanks for the video, the behavior seen there is really strange, so far user reports have been that the game runs well and they have had no problems.
First we must see how to replicate this special case, in order to find the bug... for that, we are going to send you some queries by email, so we make the exchange more fluid, with the aim of seeing if we can understand under what circumstance this happened. , in order to solve it.

I wrote back through the email chain. The game is stuck in a continuous loop of asking me to invite a friend to play with me. Every time I press B to exit it comes right back into the friend selection screen.

What you describe is really strange and it is the first time it has been reported, I ask you some questions:
1- Besides your SteamDeck, do you play the game on another device?

2- Have you tried the procedure in this link to delete the saved? (in this case you will obviously lose the progress you have, but you can make a backup before, for now to check if this resolves it)

3- I would like to confirm that you do not have Proton installed on your Steam deck, if you do, you may be playing the Windows version, which is not correct, you must play the Linux version, since the Steam deck is Linux

4- have you installed the latest update? the one we did in December with the Asian Cup?

If I can think of anything else to ask you, I'll add it. The next Monday, we will be able to contact you by email, since whoever is in charge of that is returning from vacation.
