I'm stuck in the loading screen...any solutions??

What do you think of the new update? For me it's horrible!! My team is getting discouraged from playing. They are almost uninstalling the game. I have already contacted support, informing them that it did not improve the user experience. I don't mind having separate dishes on different countertops and having more things to plant, but changing the time it takes to prepare dishes and the time it takes to harvest items that already exist, THAT DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!...

I like playing this game but the new update kinda sucks. Especially when they remove the Chef Masters! That's one way to pass some time while waiting for the recipes to cook. I spent countless of hours playing that to get my chef master points and then poof! Gone! I say they should have remove the Foodland instead. It doesn't do anything but give you a small points and coins for the recipes. I only do it if it's part of a task or team quest but aside from that, it's just a distraction. I rather serve the ...

I got to level 11 to the part where you are to paint the wall and it wont do anything. i cant serve or collect orders but i can collect the smiley faces. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times now and it loads me back into the same thing every time anyone have any advice? Im willing to start the game over even if that's my only option But Im not sure how to do that since it never brings me into a game menu. Thanks...

Wenn ich das Spiel starte und sie mir die Aufgabe gibt das ich eine große Dekoration aufstellen soll, bleibt das Spiel im Menü hängen. Hatte das mal Jemand und hat da ne Lösung? Hab es schon auf Fehler überprüft und neu Installiert. Fehler bleibt. LG...
