Finished Cyanotype Daydream around 3 months ago and I realize I'm kinda late to the party.
Nevertheless, if you haven't checked it out yet I implore you to go give it a try yourself, it's hands down the best VN I've read in at least the last 5 years.

CD is unique in its storytelling as it features an overarching narrative and three sub plots that could all be smaller VNs of their own (I heared they were at some point). The sub plots are self contained stories that are also very significant to the main story's plot. I really don't want to spoil anything in this short evaluation but the many twists and turns towards the later half of the game (in the main plot) hit me at least as hard as a lot of the VisualArt's/Key works I've read. It's a nakige and plotge for sure but hands down one of the best I've ever read. The writing is superb and the two main characters are some of the most fleshed out and most human characters I've seen in a long time. They way the 4 stories interact with each other is nothing short of amazing.
There's a good amount of genuinely funny comedy, heartwarming moments and drama that I am sure anyone can find something to like about. Something that really stuck out to me personally and elevates immersion and impact was the absolutely stellar voice acting. As the main heroines across the four stories share certain features they're all voiced by the same VA but are so distinct from one another that I could barely believe they share their VA.
I hate giving ratings to things but this came as close to a 10 as it reasonably could have so... 9? 9.5/10? You get the gist: Go check out this absolutely phenomenal work of art!

Download patch and buy on sale. Didn't find the translation too bad this way and you CAN NOT miss out on this gem.
