I've played this series on and off for many years. One way of describing this game is as a chill, relaxing, roguelike semi-4x, with very asymmetric factions. Each faction plays completely different as well as what era they are played in. It's also a very fast paced game. A complete game can be over in minutes, if you're initial spawn is overrun by a moose or can last a few hours for a larger sized game. The world of Elysium is a dangerous, mysterious place, but very fun to conquer.
