Does someone still have the file to fix the game? If the file it lost, the game might be dead for good. Unless someone that knows how to code finds a fix again

I found a patch, that worked for me under Windows 10 x64. (No virus found) https://www.sendspace.com/file/wj7rd1 Just replace the executable file with this version.

It'll launch and Steam will display that I'm playing it, but no game window will pop-up. I see it in my task manager, but the game window never appears. If I go to the folder and run it straight from there, I get error that says it's missing the Steam.DLL file. I looked into work arounds and pathing, but none have worked. I even tested out putting the Steam.DLL file in the folder temporary. Again, runs in task manager but never actually appears. Anyone have a clue what this problem could be? Also, I have...
