Anyone else get bad motion sickness?

Can't change anything like mouse sensitivity or turn off motion blur etc so I can't play this game for long before I feel like I need to throw up.

Game closed, steam say its still running

So i just played it ... took me an hour to get through the demo (great concept and gameplay btw) But now i have a weird issue. even tho i closed the game properly steam still says its running. i checked for any process that could relate to the game but found none. Anyone has the same issue or knows how to resolve it?...
