i'm seeing a loooooot of people complaining about being false banned and even more complaints about the customer support they deal with afterwards with no positive results.

You don't get vac banned from lost ark that was a error at start of the game

You might get temporary banned if they mistake you for a bot if it's a fresh account, if that happens easy ticket and u get unbanned and won't get banned again. But no the question to your thread you can't get VAC ban.

Also they don't look at steam forums if you are trying to talk to any AGS moderator they only respond in official lost ark discord and sometimes on reddit.
