Hey guys I need your help.
I persuaded my friend to play Lost Ark with me because there is an Event Pass out right now, but for some reason it says "Steam trust incomplete" for more than a week now and he cant use the Event Pass.
In my case the Steam trust was given after about 5 days so I used the Pass.
My friend has spent over 5 euros on Steam as well as hasn't done anything that violates the rules of any games he played, so we are not sure why he is not getting Steam Trust.
Does anyone have an Idea?
