I'm not expecting FSR or DLSS to make too much of a difference on a Steam Deck, as the GPU load is quite small (too small, even). It's why the battery lasts so much longer when playing Selaco over most other games.

The real bottleneck is the amount of work that is demanded from the CPU at every game cycle, that's what we want to reduce as much as possible in future updates.

Hello! It's not a dumb question at all!

FSR is technically possible, but not on the roadmap.
At the moment, the team is focusing on gameplay content (Story update, Chapter 2) and general improvements to the engine.
A developer of this app has indicated that this post answers the original topic.

Thanks for the reply. I do understand it's about priority. I'm actually playing on the rog ally. It runs really well after the last update. Looking forward to future updates.

Lossless scaling does upscaling and framegen. Not sure what resolution you're playing at on handheld, but that could solve your problem, and apply to a ton of games you play on handheld. I paid $9 CAD for it, but got a ton of use for it in older games and emulation.
